Today was a trunaround day - one cruise ended and another began. We took advantage of our free time in Southampton to see some of the Hampshire countryside. We took a private tour with Steve Perry of New Forest Platinum Tours. We had planned to tour with another couple, but an unexpected illness changed their plans, so it was just the two of us and Steve.
Steve is a professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, accommodating tour guide. He picked us up at the terminal and showed us a little of Southampton before we headed out to the New Forest. There wre a few Titanic memorials here, as this was the home port of the Titanic.
